Aguilar Bornacini & Associates joined forces with IT experts and professionals from various fields to develop, through an interdisciplinary approach, a tool that analyzes, detects, and alerts, via an intelligent operating system, the legal status of our clients, and even their suppliers and business partners. This helps mitigate risks in their operations and any contingencies that may arise in their business activities, for both the legal entity itself and its partners, shareholders, administrators, directors, and/or managers.
Verify that the suppliers you hire are not listed as EFOS (Invoice Issuers) and avoid tax and criminal contingencies.
Alert: Sends instant alerts for any match or movement, whether from the company or any of its suppliers
Evaluate: Risks for each supplier and customer, per operation, as well as the obligations that must be met to avoid a tax and criminal contingency.
Indicates: Monthly, the system details the company's legal status, hazards, and barriers due to future contingencies.
The system allows Aguilar Bornacini & Associates to generate daily sweeps and traces through the various portals, including the lists of art. 69-B and 49 Bis of the Federal Tax Code.
